A home dug into the hill, full of the magic of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings.
Our dream come true: the Hobbit House. We made it as close as we could to the world of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings.
We built the magic of that warm, cosy burrow down to the last detail. Then we added the comforts of our glamping. Inside: a private bathroom, a minibar, and an electric fireplace with rocking chairs. Outside: a heated hot tub and a spot for bivouac dinner in summer.
We won't give too much away. We look forward to welcoming you to Bag End. Come and relax in a quiet corner of the Shire… here in the Maremma.

How to use it: 1) tap your arrival day (check-in from 4:00 pm). 2) tap your departure day (check-out by 10:30 am). You stay the nights in between: arrive on the 14th, leave on the 15th = 1 night. The departure day may show as booked. That's because another guest sleeps there that night. You can also type the dates in the form. The calendar will update by itself.
